CHILDREN

We are committed to ensuring the privacy of children. Please be aware that this site is neither designed nor intended to attract children under the age of 13. We do not collect personally identifiable information from any person we actually know is a child under the age of 13.

SHARING AND/OR DISCLOSURE OF INFORMATION

Outside of the context of providing you with products or services that you have requested, Evinome does not sell, rent, or share information about you period.

Our goal is to run Evinome in its present fashion for a long time to come. Legal Disclaimer

COMMUNICATIONS FROM EVINOME AND EVINOME SERVICES

Newsletters, Special Offers and Updates

When you sign-up for newsletters, subscription products, or request other information, we will generally send you a confirmation email requiring a click to confirm interest and, subsequently, a welcoming email. We send the confirmation email to make sure that someone else is not using your email address to sign you up for things that you don’t want. In addition, we may send you information from time-to-time including news and information on products, services, special deals, and other directly relevant information. Evinome uses a third party’s service to distribute these communications. The third party is called MailChimp, and they are a reputable provider of these services. Out of respect for the privacy of our users, all communications will contain a clear link to opt-out of receiving further mailings by unsubscribing from the list. Although we direct the communications, the mailing list email addresses are stored at the third party Site and additionally the communications are sent via the third party’s networks. MailChimp stores the lists on a secure server that they control. They also make it clear in their privacy policy (http://mailchimp.com/legal/privacy ) that they do not sell lists or share lists under circumstances other than to comply with the law, etc.

Blog

Blogs at our Websites allow commenting. You should be aware that the blogs are public and if you submit personally identifiable information when commenting that it will become public.

Service Announcements

On very rare occasions, it may be necessary to send out a strictly service-related announcement. For instance, if any of our Sites or Services are temporarily suspended for maintenance, we might send users an email. These communications are never promotional in nature.

Surveys and Contests
From time-to-time, we may request information from users via surveys or contests (either on our Site or via email communication). Evinome currently utilizes the services of a third party, PayPal, to collect payments for subscriptions and any other paid products. Evinome does not have access to credit card data used in these transactions, which is stored in a PCI-compliant environment by PayPal. INTERNATIONAL USE

This Site is controlled and operated by Evinome from within the United States. Evinome makes no representations that materials contained within the Site are appropriate and available for use in other locations. Access to the site from locations where such activity is illegal is prohibited.
